This is a joyful fanfare based on the familiar hymn tune "Easter Hymn" written in the key of C major. The tune is presented twice - first in the left hand part and then in the right hand part in a chordal texture. Colourful refrain helps to unify the piece. Level of difficulty keeps the it quite accessible. This composition will be very effective in liturgical organ playing and recitals. Dedicated to John Higgins.
