This is a litany based on the famous Gregorian chant for Advent, Rorate caeli. Entire work is created in such a way that recurring chant melody is accompanied by intervals and chords in other parts. There are 4 major key centers: D minor, F# minor, Bb minor and finally D major. The piece moves in continuous crescendo from piano to fortissimo. This litany will be an effective piece for Advent liturgy and/recital program.
