This is a gentle meditation on the Christmas carol's melody St Louis ("O Little Town of Bethlehem). The tune is presented in the right hand to be played by the Cornet 8 registration. Between the hymn phrases the left hand plays a colourful refrain which connects entire piece. This composition will be very effective for liturgical organ playing as well as recitals whenever contemplative music is desired. Dedicated to Scott Davis.
