This meditation is based on the Gregorian chant Introit Cantate Domino for Easter time. The tune is heard in the right hand part on the solo registration while the left hand and pedals play colourful ostinato patterns around it. This composition will be very effective in liturgical organ playing and concert programs whenever gentle and calm music is appropriate. Dedicated to Philippe Le Gargean.
